Welcome to Farm & The Fork!

Chef-owned New England Regional CSA that brims with fresh produce, fine cheeses, seafood, beef/poultry, specialty items and artisan breads complemented with recipes, tips & techniques to help you savor true farm to table cooking.

Every week Christine Doherty, Owner & Chef, hand-selects seasonal produce, seafood, meat, artisanal cheeses, breads and specialty items traveling to farms, fisheries, & artisans all over New England.  We focus on a different area of New England each week, ie: DownEast Maine, Pioneer Valley and Mohawk Trail, Burlington/Stowe/Waterbury (VT) areas, etc.   As we begin the week to see what is available, we start pulling together our recipes & menus in an iron-chef type fashion.  What comes out of all of this? A weekly delivery with incredible food, recipes, beer & wine pairings, tips and “how-to” culinary techniques all delivered to your home or office!  It is a one-stop shop where we bring the farmers market (including the proteins & dairy) to your door with ease and stress-free convenience!

Spring Season 2013

We operate our New England CSA year-round, yes even in the cold, snowy New England winter months! Weekly delivery from Maine to Rhode Island including the islands – delivery included within 75 mile radius of Boston, additional fees apply outside of 75 miles.

Happy Spring Season 2013!  This Spring Season marks our 1-year anniversary!  We would like to take the time to thank all of our members who makes Farm & The Fork possible.  Farm & The Fork, along with our members, has represented and supported over 85 different farmers, fisherman, artisans and purveyors throughout New England this year!  Be sure to check out below the “culinary roadmap to your weekly adventure” which highlights where everyone is located, from the far northwestern corner of Vermont to DownEast Maine!
